We provide our schools with a wide range of perks and services when they book with us. We also aim to make the entire photo day process as streamline and easy as possible for everyone involved.
Welcome to Tulip Photography.
Part Dutch, part English school photography company.
We are a well-established, family business based in Weston-super-Mare. Started in The Netherlands,
moved to the UK in 2005 and currently we are booking over 150 primary schools each year.
We have built a strong, long lasting relationship with our schools.

Booking and organisation
We will get in touch once a year to see if you would like to book in for a summer bookings for class photos, and a winter bookings for individual photos.
Before your photo day, our administration team will ask schools to send us an Excel sheet of certain bits of information - and then that's it! The rest is up to us.
We will then create individual QR codes for all students, which will be handed out at the end of photo day.
We will also draft a timetable for the day, so everyone knows the plan!
On photo day
During your photo day we aim to minimise any impact on the school day - working around break times and assemblies etc where necessary.
We organise the photography area so we can be safe and efficient while working.
We cater for larger schools by bringing more photographers to always ensure a speedy process.
At most of our schools we finish photo day before lunch time and even help the dinner staff set up!
After photo day
Parents now order directly from our website!
No more stampedes of parents with order forms and cash stuffed envelopes.
Even better, their orders get shipped directly to their home address too!
That means that after photo day, there is no administrative tasks left for schools to do.
We provide our schools with reports which allow them to upload student photos into their internal data management system.
