• Your child/children's school
• Their classes
• Their names

Then someone will get back to you with your access code.

If you only have one child who’s photos you are purchasing, the Single Access Code packs are the ones for you! They come in a range of sizes so there should be something that suits you. 

If you have multiple children, then the Family Packs will let you create a bundle of photos using all your access codes at the same time - like a Pick & Mix!

Alternatively, we have a range of print sizes available as individual products if you just wanted the odd photo or two.

Digital download packs are great if you want to print your photos yourself, or be able to save them as many times as you like, across multiple devices, even email them to relatives to save on postage costs!

As long as you’re within the deadline, your discount will be automatitcally added to your basket when you go to pay.

After purchasing, you will be sent a link to download your photos. 

You can download and save them whenever you like, on as many devices as you like, as many times as you like! 

These photos are then yours to do with whatever you wish! For example, take them to a shop to get them printed, or print them at home.

Click the pack or individual product you want and then change the image as 

follows:

Click Change or Add pose. You should then see the other images available. 

Firstly, click on the image that says “included” underneath it and it will move to the available poses area. 

Click on the pose that you do want and it will say “included” underneath it. Click “confirm selection”. 

Then click “add to basket” (where you will be prompted to answer yes or no to optional download).

The item is successfully added to the basket for you to review and checkout.

On our login screen you will see a box to enter your access code. Under this you will see a box that says "Got another access code?"

If you click into this box, you can add another access code.

You can do this as many times as you need to to enter all of your access codes.

Then, when you open your album you will see ALL of your photos and be able to make a single order.

Not to worry! We can refresh that for you. We just need a message with your email address in. Then we can send you a refreshed 

download link.

Photos come directly to your home address via Royal Mail.

Yes, you will still be able to purchase photos after the archiving date. Prices may differ slightly. 

After a few months, we may need to re-activate the photojob for you.

If this is the case drop us an email with the name of the school and your access code(s) and we will make them available to download again.

If you drop us a messag with your email address, and order key if you have it - then we can look into getting this resolved for you.

That’s ok! We offer catch up shoots in our Weston-super-Mare studio for those who missed out on getting their photo taken at school.
